Because it's easy for the TD! Having been Tournament Directors, we know all of the headaches and stress that can accompany running a tournament. This allows players to sign up securely, at their convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week after you set up your registration with us. There's no money to handle on your part, except for the check we mail you when your online registration closes!
What's the catch?
Honestly, the only thing that we require from you after you register your tournament for FREE is TRAFFIC. Just let people know that they can sign up online at Solstice Disc Sports. The more who know, the more will sign up online, hopefully equals less hassle for you on tournament day.
How does it work?
After you register we will post a "product" in the Online Entry category which is your tournament entry point. Entrants may complete online registration and pay with a major credit card. This service is FREE to the Tournament Director, the entrants to your tournament will be charged a $3.00 flat fee to cover the expense of paying securely online with a credit card. When an entrant signs up we will forward you the information so you may update any registration lists. Please send a confirmation email to the entrant so they know you received their entry. At the closing of online sign up for your tournament we will mail you one check for the total all of your online registration entry fees! How easy could it get?
All that's left is to let your entrants know that they can sign up online. Send them to Solstice Disc Sports!
